If you prefer to pay by check please make checks payable to Ferguson. Please include your quote number or shopping cart number on the check. Your order will ship after your check has been processed.

In Stock Availability
Items listed as available for immediate shipment are in stock and ready to ship. Once you place your order you'll receive an order confirmation email. Tracking will be sent as soon as your order ships.
Images
Generally, all items shown in the product picture are included in cost. However, there are exceptions. Always check the Details & Dimensions section listed below the pictured item for full details.
Finishes
There is a finishes section on every product page. When other finishes are available, you can choose from the dropdown listed to show the selected finish. (Note- some products do not have full sized images and will appear with the color chip). By including color chips, we give you the best online representation of the item in all of its finishes. However, every computer's monitor is a little different and there may be slight variances between online images and the actual product.
Dimensions
The dimensions of an item are listed in the Details & Dimensions section. Manufacturer provided product specifications are available for some products, if you would like to see those please click on Product Specifications at the bottom of the details and dimensions column.
Post-Order Information
Backordered Items
We do our best to update customers as soon as we are notified by the manufacturer/warehouse that an item is on backorder. We constantly update our stock positions. It is possible that an item noted In-stock can become unavailable or back ordered by the time your order is placed. This depends on the popularity of the item and the time of day. As soon as your item is in stock it will be shipped.
Changes of Address
If your order has already processed and you need to change your address, please contact us immediately and we will do what we can to assist you.
Lost Shipment
If you believe your shipment is lost, please contact customer service so we can check for additional tracking or begin a tracer. More information can be provided once order details are reviewed.
