Return Policy
Please contact us to obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) and directions on how to return products. Products can be returned within 60 days of receipt, and must be returned in 'AS NEW' condition - in its original packaging, never installed and in 100% resalable condition. Products must be returned in the original manufacturers' box and packaging, without any writing/marking on the packaging, and must contain all pieces. Please call us at 800-638-8875, option 2, to obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA). RGA requests are processed within 24-72 hours, and you will receive instructions via email. Once an RGA number and return label is issued, the product needs to be returned within 30 days. Ferguson will pay for return shipping.
Products purchased online cannot be returned to your local Ferguson location and need an RGA to qualify for a refund.
Return Process
If you received an Electronic Return Label (ERL), please attach it to the outer box over the original label and drop it off at your local UPS location. Please do not attach the label to the manufacturer's box. If you have not received your RGA within 48 hours, please check your junk or spam folder, as the label will be emailed from UPS directly.
Refunds
Returns successfully inspected for resalable condition will result in a full merchandise refund (there is no restocking fee). For associate purchases on the associate store there is a 10% restocking fee. Initial shipping charges are not refundable. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of receipt and are issued to your original method of payment.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order and receive a full refund provided your order has not shipped. Most orders ship the same day they are received. Customer Service can provide the latest status of your order and advise if the order can be cancelled. Once an item is shipped the terms of our Returns Policy take effect.
Product Defects
FergusonShowrooms.com sells only quality products from leading industry manufacturers. All products are covered by the manufacturer's comprehensive warranties. If you have purchased a product from us and you find it to be defective within the first year of use, please contact our customer service department at FergusonShowrooms.com for assistance in processing your warranty claim. If you have a purchased a product from us or if you have purchased a product from another retailer and you find it to be defective after the first year of use please contact the manufacturer directly.
