Shipping & Delivery

We offer free ground shipping on faucets, lighting and accessory orders over $99 to the lower 48 states. Orders that do not qualify for our free shipping offer incur a minimum charge of $9.95 for shipping and handling within the contiguous United States. Larger or overweight items, or items with special handling requirements due to size or shipping needs, have a per item shipping surcharge. Shipping & handling costs are calculated in the cart as items are added.

ALL orders over $1499 qualify for free ground shipping when shipped to the contiguous United States. Please see our Free Shipping & Handling page for full details and product exclusions.

Please note that we are unable to ship to local Ferguson locations.

Depending on the size of your order, items may ship from multiple locations with more than one tracking number/shipping method. Tracking information on occasion needs to be manually updated. Connect with us to check the current status of your order.

Delivery Time Frames

Smaller items are generally shipped via UPS or FedEx. In stock items that ship UPS or FedEx ground will arrive in 2-5 business days for plumbing and 5-7 business days for lighting. Depending on weight and or size your order may ship common freight carrier arriving in 5-10 business days.

Expedited Delivery

Expedited shipping is available for some products and carries an additional charge. Orders must be placed by 2 PM EST for next day PM delivery and can only ship to the contiguous 48 states. Expedited orders only deliver on business days (Monday through Friday). Orders placed on Friday after 2 PM EST, the weekend or on holidays will be processed the next available business day for delivery the day after processing. Express shipping is not available for lighting purchases.

Common Carrier Delivery

Some items require delivery by non-Ferguson private trucking firms (common carriers) depending on weight and or size. These companies will call you in advance to arrange a delivery time. If there are larger items or large orders please make sure you have made arrangements in advance to have someone available (contractor, friend, etc.) to help you bring the items into your home.

Delivery Inspection

It is very important that you inspect common carrier deliveries thoroughly before signing for them. Inspect the boxes for external damage, remove the packaging and inspect the contents for any physical damage in the presence of the delivery driver. If there is any damage, refuse the delivery and call our customer service center at 800-638-8875, option 2. FergusonShowrooms.com cannot accept responsibility for any damaged product once you sign for a delivery, but we will work with you to resolve the claim with the carrier.

We recommend scheduling contractors/electricians only after you've inspected and confirmed that your order is complete.

UPS / FedEx Ground Delivery

You should confirm the accuracy of the order and verify that all products have arrived in satisfactory condition.

International Shipping

We offer limited UPS delivery to Alaska and Hawaii, and S&H is quoted on a per order basis. If you want to ship your order outside the US you will need to use a freight forwarder as FergusonShowrooms.com is only able to ship to US addresses. All costs to contract the freight forwarder and additional charges for customs clearance are the customer's responsibility; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.

When ordering from FergusonShowrooms.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. FergusonShowrooms.com will not be held responsible for any export documentation associated with shipping your order outside the US. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser on all returned orders. Refunds will be for the merchandise amount only. FergusonShowrooms.com cannot refund any duties, taxes or fees paid on the order.
