Your site says that you ship for free, why am I being charged shipping on my order?
Some items are excluded from the free shipping & handling promotion because of special handling requirements due to size or special shipping needs or because the order does not meet the minimum for free shipping & handling. Please see our Free Shipping & Handling page for full details. If you request expedited shipping such as overnight deliveries you will incur an additional charge.
Do I have to order online or can I place the order over the phone?

How can I find out the amount of sales tax I will pay?
After you place your items in the cart enter your zip code in the box provided, click the "update" button and the appropriate tax will appear to the right.
