Can I change the quantity, item, finish on my order?
You can change items on your order, provided your order has not been shipped. Simply contact our Customer Service department at 800-638-8875, option 2 -->.

When will I receive the product?
In-stock merchandise generally ships same day. Most orders will arrive in 3-5 business days after shipping. Orders containing large items (tubs, multi-tier chandeliers and foyer fixtures, etc.) will ship via a private trucking company and should arrive within 5-10 business days.

When I purchased this item it said it was in stock, now it's on backorder. What happened?
We constantly update our stock positions. It is possible that an item noted In-stock can become unavailable or back ordered by the time your order is placed. This depends on the popularity of the item and the time of day. As soon as your item is in-stock it will be shipped.

Do you have a return policy?

Is there a restocking fee?
Yes, there is a 0% restocking fee which will be charged upon returning an item.

I need to return one of the items on my order. Will you send out a free replacement?
We can only process a replacement with a new purchase order. This generally means a temporary charge for the replacement will be made to your card until the returned order is received by the warehouse. We will credit your account as soon as our warehouse receives the returned merchandise.
